Pointof view
Four arguments that run through the work. They are positions, not marketing: each one is a thing I keep having to say in rooms where the decision has already been made.
- 01
Sound is architecture, not equipment
Sound belongs with light, materials, landscape and furniture — designed from the first sketches. Left until the end it becomes an equipment problem, and by then the room has already decided what is possible.
- 02
Technology without compromising the interior
The usual choice offered to an architect is between performance and the integrity of the room. It is a false one, but only if the technical conversation happens early enough to still be a design conversation.
- 03
Entertainment spaces are environments, not products
A cinema room is not a screen, seating and a specification. It is proportion, acoustics, light, materials and furniture resolved together — which is why it fails when assembled from separate purchases.

Where Italian specialists fit international projects
Italian manufacturers hold capability that international projects want and often cannot reach. The difficulty is rarely the product; it is timing, specification and who is in the room when the decision is taken.
